Cult of Zariel

The Cult of Zariel (more commonly known as "The Cult of the One") is not as numerous as most Fiend-cults but, due to their "lawful" nature, is highly organised and rarely fall foul of Imperial law. Due to this, many people who know of its existence consider it to be 'benign': this is a grave error.
