Dretch

A Dretch is type of Fiend. Specifically it one of the weakest and least intelligent of the Demons.
Dretches are used by other, more power Demons in a similar manner as hunting dogs - a pack will be released to track down prey. A single dretch is not a particular threat even to relatively unskilled opponents but they use their pack tactics, along with a particularly toxic poison cloud, to limit the ability of their prey attacking back.
Appearances in Other Media
Some people may note the similarity of Dretch to the 'Terror Dogs' (servants of 'Gozer') in the first "Ghostbusters" movie. I couldn't possibly comment.
