Taverns

On Oberon, a "tavern" is a building where travellers drink beer. Taverns are very distinct from inns in that they only serve beverages and do not have rooms for rent.
There are numerous taverns in the Merebian Empire and it would be nearly impossible to list them all, but the ones of note (with location in parenthesis) are below.
