Old Man Constable

"Old Man Constable" is a Tiefling male who is approximately 40 years old. Constable runs The Burning Man tavern in Wayfarer's Rest.
Constable is a self-proclaimed, not not proven, master of the 'bastard sword' and doesn't take kindly to people trying to set fire to his establishment. He is at least the third such person to bear this moniker, which has become something of a local tradition that owners of the Burning Man do.
