Elsir Vale

Elsir Vale
The Elsir Vale is a small region nestled at the northeastern edge of the Hammer Peaks and directly to the north of the Sunlit Highlands. The vale itself extends for about 50km east to west and a little over 60km north to south. This makes it comparable in size to many other regions in Thorast, such as the Kleinius Vale.
Being on the edge of a mountain range means that this is a sparsely populated region and consists of just a few small towns (such as Ironfell and Bede). However it is saved from obscurity by the inclusion of the city of Overlook and its garrison at Bordrin's Watch at its western edge and Fort Elsir in the south.
