King Leopold II is the current (as of 343 IC) king of Thorast. Leopold is the human king of this country and, although there are many Dwarven Kings of Thorast, Leopold is the only one recognised with this title by the Merebian Empire.
Leopold resides in the castle in the capitol city of Thorast: Broogen
Leopold is named after his father (Leopold I).
