Abishai are not just one type of Devil, but many. They appear to be large, gargoyle-like creatures or a multitude of different colour. Black Abishai and white Abishai appear to among the weaker of these creatures whilst blue and Red Abishai are much more dangerous. Abishai make up the bulk of the 'brute' type infantry in the Blood War and are known not just for their strength but for their tactical ability and willingness to employ traps. As with Spined Devils, Abishai are rarely found on the Prime Material Plane as they have no power to impart to mortals. However if they do somehow make it there they will quickly try to establish a lair and underlings to do their work for them. | Abishai are not just one type of Devil, but many.
