A region in western Thorast, to the north-east of the Welcome Hills. Further to the north-east, on the other side of the mountain range, is the Elsir Vale and to the east are the Sunlit Highlands..
The largest settlement in this region is Hammer Hold - an important religious site for both Dwarves and Orcs.
