Istar Irontank is Hill Dwarf artificer of some skill.
Istar is a typical middle-aged Dwarf; surly and impatient with anyone who isn't a fellow Dwarf. He is, however, capable of some competent non-magical engineering that even Rock Gnomes would find impressive.
