Born in Verbosh in 263IC, Hannibal Skumlicca was the first (and only) child of Boris Skumlicca and Tinya.
Hannibal has a brief, and largely unremarkable, adventuring career lasting from 284IC to about 287IC. He did acquire enough money to buy a small plot of land outside of his home city (Verbosh) and build the firts iteration of the Skumlicca Clan - a mercenary company.
