Elsir Vale

Through the pass that leads from the north-eat of the Hammer Peaks, around the mountains, lies the region known as the Elsir Vale. This is a small region which extends for about 80km east to west and a little over 60km north to south. This makes it comparable in size to many other regions in Thorast, such as the Tolsberg Vale.

Being on the edge of a mountain range means that this is a sparsely populated region and consists of just a few small towns (such as Ironfell, Bede and Wiffle). However it is saved from obscurity by the inclusion of the city of Overlook and its garrison at Bordrin's Watch at its western edge and Fort Elsir in the south.
