Half-Ogres not only don't exist, they physically can't exist - the mechanics of Humans and Ogres doing the...err...well, that's to say that the parts involved won't...hmmm...let's just agree that the two species involved aren't compatible in that way.
Despite this there are some individuals, like Boris Da Ax, who claim (quite honestly) to be "Half-Ogre". Sociologists could argue be that we can assign the term to any creature that is raised by parents of both ancestries, although Biologists would disagree and there'd be an entertaining but ultimately pointless fight in the car park after work.
Regardless of whether it's "possible", at least one exists and it's probably best to not ask any further questions.
