- Maria: Mother (actual)
- Gaius Falco: Father (adoptive)
- Cassia: Mother (adoptive)
Titus has cousins but they are not close and he hasn't seen most of them since he was a child.
His adoptive parents have a cat, Mr. Tiddles, which is "technically" family.
