The brother and sister team of Mordakai Mafisto and Orianna Mafisto are wealthy (but not noble) Tieflings who own a number of properties and businesses in the town of Wayfarer's Rest as well as fine townhouse in the capital city of Thorast, Broogen. The Mafistos relocated to their Broogen abode in later 343IC, leaving their business interests to the west to be handled by a number of trusted employees.

They are commonly referred to within Wayfarer's Rest as "The Mafisto Twins". However, they are not actually twins.

The Mafistos regularly employ up to a dozen servants to maintain their property, clean, cook and provide entertainment. However, their sole 'permanent' member of staff is a Goblin slave called 'Nurgle'.

The Mafistos are quite open about being active worshippers of the Devil Princess Zariel, ruler of the first layer of the Nine Hells. As such worship is not illegal in the Empire, this is not a shocking revelation and has not diminished their social standing.
