Fraz'Urbluu is the ruler of Layer 176 of the Abyss (called The Expanse).
Commonly known as the 'Prince of Illusions' he is the rival of Graz'zt and the two have fought many times over the aeons. At one point he was imprisoned by Graz'zt's lover, the archmage Iggwilv but was subsequently released.
Fraz'Urb'Luu later defeated Graz'zt with the aid of Iggwilv.
