A Dretch is type of Fiend. Specifically it one of the weakest and least intelligent of the Demons.
Dretches are used by other, more power Demons in a similar manner as hunting dogs - a pack will be released to track down prey. A single dretch is not a particular threat even to relatively unskilled opponents but they use their pack tactics, along with a particularly toxic poison cloud, to limit the ability of their prey attacking back.
