Little is known of Landryn Teriak (the self-style "Shadow Lord") other than that he lived about 200 years ago and had the ability to conjure vast number of creatures using power from the Shadow realms.
His base of operations, in the region called Drax Tallen on the west coast of Yuritan, was long seen as one of the major impediments to Imperial expansion during the 1st century after the Empire was formed.
Details of his abilities are sketchy but he did appear to be a warlock of some sort, although his patron allowed him to channel 'shadow magic'. The name of his patron has long been forgotten.
