Nurgle

Nurgle is a Goblin slave who is the slave of the Mafisto Twins. He is well-known around Wayfarer's Rest and can roam the streets there freely, safe in the knowledge that the townsfolk and, more importantly, the Town Watch know exactly who he belongs to.
