Darius is an employee of the Cerulean Chancery who employ him to study Fiends. Darius has been busy documenting his work since 306IC (37 years ago).
Darius has a twin brother Regus Cain, who is also a sage working for the Cerulean Chancery. Regus, however, has a less prestigious posting in the town of Winterhaven.
