Regus Cain is an elderly male Human sage who resides in a tower in the village of Winterhaven.
Regus is an employee of the Cerulean Chancery who employ him to study the link between magic and the shape of ears (yes, really). Regus has been diligently documenting ear shape and magical ability in visitors and residents of Winterhaven since 306IC (37 years ago).
Regus has a twin brother Darius Cain, who is also a sage working for the Cerulean Chancery. Darius, however, is fortunate enough to reside in the town of Wayfarer's Rest.
