The world of Oberon has many known languages that are recorded and taught in colleges. Hence the following languages are available for anyone (assuming that they have the time, patience and coin) to learn:
Human languages | High Merebian, Chundrian, Erganthish, Kazalli, Thorastine |

Non-Human languages | Cubitl (Gnomes), Dravanic (Dwarves), Morathian (Tieflings), Sidhe (High Elves), Sylvan (Wood Elves), Ymir-speak (Goliaths) |
There are also other known languages that are more difficult for people to acquire
